Please note: A 6'x10' draped table (white) and two side chairs are included with your booth package. Booth carpeting, electrical, etc., are NOT included with your booth package. The Expo Hall aisles will be carpeted. Booth space does not come with carpet; however, floor covering is encouraged but not required for the Solar Farm Summit. Please arrange to bring your own or rent through Shepard. Internet is included with your booth.

Solar Farm Summit Housing – Solar Farm Summit does not utilize a housing company for the conference. Solar Farm Summit has provided guidance for hotels on the Venue page in the "Staying Here" section. Exhibitors are instructed to proceed directly to the hotel for booking arrangements.
